Board of Directors and Advisory Board
	
W.A.T.C.H. is led by a 15-member volunteer Board of Directors and a 2-member Advisory Board.
	The boards advise W.A.T.C.H. Executive Director, Sissy Lee-Elmore, in her efforts to improve 
	the health of Wayne County.
The Board of Directors are Chairman Jim Roosen, Director of Wayne County Health Department. Vice-Chairman is Dean Lee, President, Home Health & Hospice Care, Inc. Board Secretary is Clark Gaither, MD,
	of Goldsboro Family Physicians. Treasurer, Rick Rogers, Vice President of Human
	Resources, Wayne Memorial Hospital.
